- Malkin Construction was hired to rescue this development of detached single family luxury homes set in a condominium community. At the time of Malkin's involvement, construction defects and delays had plagued the prior builder on six homes. Malkin Construction conducted individual field surveys, consulted with home owners, and developed a comprehensive program to completed outstanding punchlists and correct prior defects.
- Malkin Construction coordinated the architectural and engineering design, built six remaining luxury homes, and completed roadway and landscaping work to successfully complete the development.
