- Sterling Investment Partners, an investment company with over $3.0 billion in investments in over 40 companies, hired Malkin Construction to build its headquarters overlooking the beautiful Saugatuck River in downtown Westport, CT.
- The unique space design includes exposed post and beam ceiling, custom spiral metal HVAC ductwork, full height walls constructed of custom cherry millwork and Benheim glass, and cherry wood floors complete the unique design.
- Specialty lighting throughout the space, a curved brick feature wall in the distinguished reception area, and a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances enhance the custom design.
