  • This 110,000-square-foot, multi-phased interior build out included extensive use of architectural millwork and glass details, new employee dining area, and conference room suites.
  • The installation of steel support for high density file system required coordination and work within existing occupied tenant spaces immediately below.
  • Malkin Construction installed a new data center that required extensive HVAC/electrical infrastructure with new closed loop dry cooler with glycol cooling system for 24/7 operation, as well as a new generator with custom combustion air intake and discharge system.
