- Renovations included all new roofing system, elevator, sidewalks and playground, parking area expansion, and improvements to existing classrooms and restrooms.
- All construction was performed while the building was occupied. Malkin minimized the construction impact to school operations by maintaining regular communication with the school and the City of Norwalk.
