- The project required extensive coordination of abundant and sophisticated data, communication and telephone wiring and equipment.
- Supplemental 24-hour cooling, raised pedestal flooring throughout 90% of the space for low-voltage data and communications wiring, and built-in trading desks enhance utility of the trading floor.
- Custom wood and glass walls separate private offices from trading areas, and special stone, wood and lighting enhance the reception area and private restrooms.
- Client hired Malkin Construction for subsequent expansions and renovations.
