- Malkin Construction renovated Equity Office Properties' main lobby with new marble walls, a mahogany/metal/glass security desk, columns trimmed in stainless steel and an architectural lighting package.
- The main lobby provided continuous public access during hte entire construction phase. The project also included renovated corridors, bathrooms and elevator cabs.
