- Malkin Construction completed a total renovation of this historic building while maintaining on-going firehouse operations by providing temporary living quarters for fire department staff.
- Malkin Construction was awarded this project from the Town of Greenwich, after a public bidding process was conducted.
- Renovations throughout the building included work to emergency vehicle and fire truck maintenance bays, men's and women's living quarters, kitchen, meeting room, exercise room, and administrative offices.
- Renovations included all new windows, elevator, vehicle exhaust system, boiler, HVAC system, fire alarm, phone system, emergency generator, overhead doors, and site work.
