- Altheus hired Malkin Construction to convert a dilapidated 3,000-square-foot former restaurant space into a new cycling and endurance center.
- The installation included new backlit panels for merchandise display and fabric clouds hanging from the ceiling give shoppers the illusion of being outdoors, as well as unique features such as abrasion resistant vinyl plymer high-tech flooring system and 42" plasma screens.
