- Malkin Construction completed a total gut renovation including new public corridors, bathrooms, fitness center, conference center, elevator cabs and loading dock at this 120,000-square-foot vacant office building.
- The project included the creation of a new entrance, main lobby and marquee and rehabilitation of central HVAC and electrical systems.
- Pre-construction services included design development, acquisition due diligence, budgeting and value engineering.
- Over 120,000 square feet of new tenant installations, and many second generation renovations, were also completed.
