W&M Construction Wins Major White Plains Office Build-Out

WHITE PLAINS, NY - W&M Construction has been hired by the law firm Keane & Beane PC to build out its new 20,000-square-foot White Plains headquarters, according to Thomas P. Durels, chief executive officer of W&M Construction.
The contract, valued at $1.2 million, involves construction of a full floor office suite at 445 Hamilton Avenue, which is owned by Met Life and managed by Cushman & Wakefield. The project architect is Perkins Eastman.

W&M Construction's current and recently completed projects include: office build-outs for Sterling Investment Partners, L.P., The Managers Fund, Skinklinic, and CB Richard Ellis; a complete renovation of the Cos Cob Fire Station, and several projects for the Stamford Hospital.
